Thomas Ray Fowler has been passionate  about the outdoors his whole life. Born and raised in Eastern Carolina, makes him extremely knowledgeable about the environment and the ecosystem. This being Ray's passion, he continues to be in the forefront of customer satisfaction and settles for nothing less than perfection. When not riding a lawn mower or spreading mulch, you can find him transitioning from land to sea, enjoying his time on the water and winning flounder fishing tournaments.
